Factors That Cause Asthma

Asthma is a disease associated with shortness of breath. That's because many times the initial symptoms of asthma defect is preceded by a shortness of breath. If you ever see people who develop asthma, sufferers usually have to use an inhaler to be normalize the clogged airways.

So what causes asthma and how to prevent it? Generally, asthma is caused by environmental factors such as extreme temperatures that are too cold. And the next cause asthma is the air too dirty by smoke or dust that cause a defect asthma. But apparently there are other factors which cause asthma defect.

1. Environmental Factors
Unhealthy environment it can be a factor of asthma. This is because the dirty air and smoke in motor vehicles can also be triggers of asthma. And if you are in the neighborhood within a long time. So if you want to avoid asthma, wear a mask and also diligent do exercise to keep it healthy.

2. Food Factor
Foods such as nuts, chocolate and soft drinks can also potentially cause asthma. In addition, many foods contain MSG too high can also cause asthma. Well, if you want to avoid asthma, start to reduce the consumption of foods that are too high MSG.

3. Heredity factors
Asthma is a disease that can be hereditary. Well, if your family is ever suffered from asthma defect, then it is likely you are to suffer asthma. Try to check your lineage, is there a family you have ever suffered from asthma? This is so that you can perform prevention early.

4. The weather factor
As already mentioned at the beginning that the environment could be a causative factor of asthma. Not just because of dust and smoke, but too long under the air conditioner can also cause asthma. Therefore, avoid using the air conditioner too long if you want to be free of asthma. Even if you can not get away from the AC, try to take time to breath fresh air.

Those are some factors that cause asthma and hopefully could be a reference for those who currently suffer from asthma or who are not able to do so early prevention. The most important thing is to try to always live a healthy life with diligent eating healthy foods and exercising diligently to keep the body healthy and fit.
